Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Physical Tech Wear Ltd.  

You may return items within 30 days after the product is delivered to you for a refund of the purchase price minus shipping. Products must be new, never used and returned in the original package ready to sell.  If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, wrong item, color or size upon arrival please contact us immediately with order number to our e-mail address at info@physicaltechwear.com

It is important that you contact us before returning the item so we may assist you with the return shipping charges. If you do not contact us prior to shipping the item back to us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Please be prepared with detailed description on the contact e-mail.
